Privacy & measurement

Hedjee uses the information you submit to respond to your request. This includes your contact details, business type and the demonstration selections you choose to include. Requesting a conversation does not subscribe you to email updates. The GoHighLevel connection is paused in this version.

Optional analytics and page tests

With your permission, we use PostHog to measure page visits, navigation, demonstration choices, form progress, device and browser information, repeat visits and the results of page-version tests. We use random identifiers to connect consenting visits with requests you submit. We do not send the text entered in inquiry fields as analytics properties.

You may see different headlines, value propositions or button labels as part of a test. The purpose is to understand which version helps visitors use the site and request a conversation. These tests do not change product terms, prices or eligibility. Demonstration inputs are examples, not verified fuel usage or qualification.

Session replay is a separate optional choice. It shows page structure, pointer movement, scrolling and interactions. We configure replay to mask text, images and form inputs, exclude sensitive areas, and omit console logs and network request/response contents.

Storage and service providers

This site runs on Cloudflare through Sites. Requests and necessary security records are stored in its database. Optional measurement is processed by PostHog US Cloud. These providers may process information outside your country. A request does not connect your fuel card, platform, bank account or fleet systems.

Appointments and contact messages

When online scheduling is connected, we use Google Calendar to check the team’s availability and create the appointment you confirm. We store your name, email, company, optional phone or notes, the page and selections you include, and booking details in the site’s database. Google processes the appointment and may send calendar invitations or changes to your email. A confirmed appointment is not confirmation that an email reached your inbox.

Your booking details are shared with the assigned Hedjee host. Appointments hosted by Alexander also appear as a private, non-blocking visibility copy on Andrew’s calendar, with the same meeting link. This copies only appointments made through this website. We do not copy unrelated private calendar events. Team calendar connection credentials are encrypted and remain on the server.

The traditional contact form stores your name, email and message for follow-up. Sending a message or booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing. Keep your booking management link private: it allows its holder to view or cancel that appointment.

To provide free result access, we store the email and selections you submit and use a protected access cookie for up to six hours. This does not subscribe you to updates or request a meeting. Cookie expiry ends access; it does not delete your submitted information, which follows the request-retention policy below.

• Your analytics choice is stored for up to 180 days, then requested again. PostHog’s browser identifier also has a 180-day expiry.
• Consenting first-visit attribution is kept in this browser for up to 90 days.
• A necessary, protected journey cookie links your submissions and lets this browser withdraw server-linked analytics for up to 180 days. Separate inquiry authorization expires after two hours.
• Submitted requests and consent records are retained for follow-up, honoring your choices, and legitimate business or legal needs. Provider-held analytics and replay follow the project’s configured retention. Contact us to request deletion; browser withdrawal alone does not delete previously saved records.

Your choices

Use “Privacy choices” to change your selection or stop future optional collection. Declining does not prevent using the tools or submitting an inquiry. Browser or network settings may also block measurement. Essential security checks, request storage and the record of your choice still operate.

Email updates require a separate subscription. You can unsubscribe from those messages. Open and click tracking from an email provider may be affected by privacy tools and does not prove that a person read a message.
